Refund and return policy

1. Returns
You may return your product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized rings are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
